Will it really look like my pet? +
Yes — and you don't have to take our word for it. After you order, an artist creates a digital proof and sends it to you. Nothing gets stitched until you approve it, and tweaks are free.
What photo works best? +
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see works great. Front-facing or three-quarter angles are ideal. Blurry or very dark photos are harder — when in doubt, send a couple and we'll pick the best.
Can I put two pets on one keychain? +
Absolutely. Choose the double-sided option to feature two pets, or add your pet's name to the back.
How big is it, and what's it made of? +
About 2.5 inches — small enough for keys, big enough to see the detail. It's embroidered with color-fast thread on durable felt, finished with a sturdy metal keyring.
How long until it arrives? +
We hand-make each one in 3–5 business days after you approve the proof, then ship. You'll get tracking by email. Need it faster? Rush options are available at checkout.
